1. Onboarding fee of $150 not included in monthly fee. Pricing is based on 200 or less bank and credit card transactions. $50 per month for each additional 100 transactions. Bookkeeping service requires the use of QuickBooks Online and the web based integration of QuickBooks with your bank and credit card accounts. Pricing does not include monthly fees charged by QuickBooks or other third party software necessary to manage your books. Integration of a payroll app requires a $100 payroll setup fee. Reconciliations and fixed asset tracking requires client to upload bank statements and fixed asset purchase documents to their assigned secure portal
2. Additional state and city tax returns are $300 per return. Additional 1099-NECs are $10 each. Strategic tax planning services and tax filings for other tax forms are available through our parent firm, Johnson Hatt and Company, LLC; pricing on request
